Optical Grade AB Adhesive
This product is an optical-grade film made from a high-transparency PET base material. It is coated on one side with a high-transparency acrylic adhesive and on the other with a silicone adhesive.
The silicone side allows for fast air release to prevent "snowflake" patterns during glass lamination, and is primarily used for bonding tempered glass.
Varied adhesion levels for efficient bonding.
Typical applications include curved screen protective films.
Optical Grade AB Adhesive for UTG
This optical-grade AB adhesive is a film-less, two-sided system specially engineered for bonding Ultra Thin Glass (UTG).
It combines a high-tack acrylic adhesive on one side with a fast air-release silicone adhesive on the other, preventing "snowflake & rainbow" patterns and ensuring bubble-free lamination.
Its pure adhesive construction and excellent die-cutting performance make it ideal for the delicate demands of UTG in flexible and curved displays.
